Residential treatment

A house that holds the day.

  1. Morning

A gentle wake-up, breakfast together, and a short mindfulness practice to ease into the day.

  2. Midday

Group sessions, with one-to-one therapy woven in, and lunch shared at the table.

  3. Afternoon

The deeper work continues — then yoga, a walk, or time outdoors as the light lowers.

  4. Evening

Dinner together, then reflection and journaling as the day winds down.

  5. Night

A quiet hour before bed, and the house settles.

A closer look

What residential care makes possible.

Living on site changes the conditions around the work. Days have a rhythm, and distance from the usual pressures gives treatment room to be the focus.

A day has shape

Therapy, group work, meals, rest, and time outdoors sit in the same day rather than becoming separate errands to manage alone.

There is room to settle

A private room, shared meals, and a garden to walk give the day an ordinary domestic rhythm while support stays nearby.

The move onward is part of it

Residential care is intensive, not a bubble. As someone is ready, the next level of support is considered with the same attention.

No decisions yet

Talk it through before anyone decides.

You do not have to be sure this is the right level. Tell us what is happening for your loved one, and we will think it through with you — privately, at your pace, with nothing to decide on the call.
