The firststep isjust a conversation.
The hardest part is usually the first call, so we keep it gentle and simple. Here is exactly what happens.
What to expect
The arrival, in four spaces.
The first call
A confidential conversation with someone who listens. We ask a few questions, answer yours, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
The drive in
By the time you are on the way, the practical parts — benefits, cost, and timing — have been worked out plainly.
Settling in
A calm welcome and time to settle in. The room is made up, the suitcase can wait, and there is no one you have to explain yourself to.
The first morning
A quiet first morning at the table. From here, care is built around you, and it adjusts as you move through the levels of care.

Solace — arrival
Whatto bring.
Bring
Comfortable clothes, and a few of your own things — a book, some photos, whatever makes a room yours. Before the drive we go over a short list together so nothing is left to guess.
Leave at home
Anything you would have to keep an eye on — valuables, and as much of work as you can hand off before you go. If something should stay behind, we will say so plainly on the call.
We provide
The room is made up before you arrive, meals are prepared here, and the everyday things are already in place — so the case you pack can stay light.
For family
If you are reading this for someone you love, the first call can be yours.
Many families make the first call themselves. Say as much or as little as you like — we will take it from there, quietly.
The first step
It starts with one quiet call.
There is no script to get through and no pressure at the end of the call. Reach out at any time.
