As a health care provider, Solace collects and maintains protected health information needed to provide treatment and coordinate care, process insurance claims and payments, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and perform quality-assurance and improvement activities. We do not sell protected health information. Uses and disclosures of health information are further limited by HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 when applicable, and more protective state law.
