Here and out there
IOP is built around real life. Sessions run for part of the day or in the evening, so people can keep working, studying, or caring for family while staying in treatment. It is often the bridge between intensive care and life on your own.
The door stays open: sessions happen here, and the rest of life keeps its place outside it.

A closer look
Intensive outpatient treatment is for a life that keeps moving: work, study, family, and a home to return to. Support does not have to mean disappearing from all of it.
Sessions can sit in part of a day or in the evening, so treatment has a real place beside existing responsibilities.
Regular sessions give treatment a real place in the week, without cutting someone off from daily life.
For many people, IOP is how intensive care begins to meet everyday life again.
No decisions yet
You do not have to be sure this is the right level. Tell us what is happening for your loved one, and we will think it through with you — privately, at your pace, with nothing to decide on the call.
